Get married in October and 100% of your chapel rental goes to Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
How it works:
1) Reserve your time. Choose from any regular wedding on our website and schedule for October.
2) IMPORTANT! You'll need to get your Oregon marriage license at least 4 business days in advance.
3) Make your check out to 'Obama for Change' and bring it to the church.
4) You may invite up to 50 guests.
5) New life, new president, be happy!
The fine print: You are very welcome to bring your own minister. We have several generous ministers willing to do October ceremonies at no charge to you in support of Obama - they are subject to availability. Our guest ministers will offer standard (but lovely) vows - religious or secular. They may allow customization of your ceremony or rehearsal for an extra charge paid directly to the minister. There is a 50 guest limit. All candles and an optional unity candle set is included. Piano and stereo available. A $150 deposit made out to Brooks Hill Historic Church is required to reserve your date. If the church is left in good condition, you will get a 100% refund the day of your wedding. If you don't show up, the deposit is not refunded.
